Am I Required to Attend My Court Date?
If you do not have a specified Summons and instead have a dollar amount specified in the “Fine” column adjacent to the cited violation, you are required to pay your citation prior to your court date or you MUST attend court on your assigned arraignment date in order to avoid Failure to Appear fines and a possible issuance of a Bench Warrant for your arrest.

Instructions for Minors
If you were a minor on the date of your violation, you are required to have a parent or legal guardian's notarized signature on the back of your ticket and return it to the court with payment. A notarized signature indicates to the court you have informed your parent or legal guardian of the violation. If you fail to submit a parent or legal guardian's notarized signature it may lead to a potential loss of license and additional assessment of fines. If you choose to not pay the fine or have a mandatory court appearance, a parent or legal guardian needs to be present with you at court on your arraignment date.
